How Do I Ensure That My Imprint Information Will Be Correct?
We will fax and email a proof of your artwork for your approval before putting your order into production.

Why Do I Need To Fax Back A Signed Authorization After I Have Placed My Order?
We ask you to authorize the payment of your order as a means of protection for you and for us. This proves that you indeed placed this order and not someone who is unauthorized to use your card.

If I Have A Personal Logo For My Artwork How Do I Send It To You?
You can email your sales representative your logo. Vector artwork is always preferred. Vectorized files should be created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Files can be sent as *.ai, *.eps , *.cdr formats. All fonts must be converted to curves or outlines.

Please send all Files in : Adobe Illustrator files in CS2 or lower ; Corel Draw files in Version 11 of lower.

What is Vector Art?
Vector art is art created in either Abode Illustrator or Corel Draw and is "resolution independent". This means the art can be enlarged to any size without compromising the quality of the art. This makes vector art highly preferred over images in other formats such as bmp or jpg.

Ordering

When will I receive my order?
We try to keep a good supply of our stock items and ship them out within 48 hours as long as payment and art approval have been received. For personalized items involving artwork after your approval of the artwork the average time is 3 weeks production and 1 week shipping. Some items can take as little as 1-week production or as much as 6 weeks. Let us know your required date and we’ll help you choose an item which can arrive on time.
The minimum is 300 but can I get 100?
Sorry no. The factories set most of the minimums based on process requirements.

Can I order a quantity over 10,000?
Yes. Just give us a call at 1.800.736.6226 and we will be happy give you a proper quote.

When is payment due?
We require your payment when placing your order.

Is it safe to give my credit card info over the net?

I prefer to use another method of payment. Will you take a cheque?
Yes we accept cheques, as well as money orders and cash. We will need to process your payment before proceeding to do the artwork or production.

How will I know that you received my order?
We will send you a copy of the invoice.

Can you deliver to my post office box?
Sorry no. Couriers send most of our products to you and they cannot deliver to a post office box as only Government postal services are authorized to.

Do You Ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada. We take care of all customs and give you a net price with GST added. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex payments in Canadian dollars for quoted orders.

Removal Tips

Ballpoint Pen Ink
For ballpoint ink we recommend an alcohol-based hair spray. The alcohol content in the hair spray will break up the ink.

If the ink is on clothing, saturate the item with hair spray. Be sure to place an absorbent paper towel or rag under the stain to catch the excess ink. You then need to blot the stain with a rag. Repeat this process until the stain is removed, then launder as usual.

If the ink is on anything other than clothing, spray the hair spray directly on the stain and then wipe off with a clean paper towel or rag. You might need to do this a few times depending on the size of the stain.

A word of caution before trying any of the methods suggested: some surfaces and fabrics may be damaged by the hair spray solution. If in doubt, test on a "hidden" area first.

Roller and Brite Liner Ink
Our Roller and Brite Liner inks are water-based and we recommend trying an all-purpose cleaner instead of hair spray.

If the ink is on clothing, saturate the item with the all-purpose cleaner. Be sure to place an absorbent paper towel or rag under the stain to catch the excess ink. You then need to blot the stain with a rag. Repeat this process until the stain is removed, then launder as usual.

If the ink is on anything other than clothing, spray the all-purpose cleaner directly on the stain and then wipe off with a clean paper towel or rag. You might need to do this a few times depending on the size of the stain.

A word of caution before trying any of the methods suggested: some surfaces and fabrics may be damaged by the all-purpose cleaners. If in doubt, test on a "hidden" area first and follow the manufacturer's directions.
